Q. How long will my repair take?
A. We will be able to give you a completion date within a day or two, and this date is based upon the parts needs, labor time required, and refinishing required. There is always a chance of delay due to a backordered part or additional damage found during your service. This may increase the timeline for returning your vehicle to pre-accident condition, but we will always keep you updated
Q. When is my deductible due?
A. Your deductible is due upon completion of your repair at time of pickup, unless you set up a deductible financing through our shop and were approved. If so, your deductible is due based on the terms and conditions of your financing agreement.
Q. Will you be using all factory parts?
A. If you are paying for a repair yourself and request it, we will use all factory/OEM parts. If you are going through insurance, they will make that decision based upon the policy you have purchased. Some insurance companies may choose to use OEM parts, depending on the year of the vehicle and if you ask.
Depending on the year, OEM parts can also be LKQ (Like Kind & Quality) used parts. This means that the parts for your repair will be used off a vehicle of the same year or newer.
“This past winter, a deer ran out of the woods and, unfortunately ran into the front of my car and bounced off the side causing extensive damage to my Honda Accord coupe fron the front to the back of the passenger side. . I love my car and was afraid she would never be the same again. I brought my car here to be repaired. I wasn't sure what to expect. When I got my car back, she looked brand new!!!! I fell back in love with my car again!!! The car looks beautiful!! And it didn't take a month like it did the last time I had autobody work done. Thank you CC for the fast turnaround time and for bringing my baby back to showroom dazzle and shine!!! If I ever have an accident, or know of someone, I would refer and will be returning!!!!! You guys rock!!!!”—Brenda
